Dr. Austin Webster and Dr. Daniel Strauss

Austin and Daniel are the co-founders of Athletic Kinetics. They founded Athletic Kinetics because of their desire to help athletes become the best version of themselves. They apply their expertise in biomechanics, kinesiology, applied functional anatomy, and mindset coaching to help runners exceed and achieve their goals. They are experts at helping athletes run faster, stay injury free, defy the affects of aging, and enjoy running for years to come. They are also both Doctors of Physical Therapy who specialize in orthopedic and sports physical therapy.

Do I need any equipment?

No special equipment needed! If you have access to a treadmill, that is an easy way to get some good footage of you running. But a treadmill is not necessary at all. You only need your phone to film your running gait. The vast majority of our drills require no equipment and can be done anywhere!
